DO YOU HAVE ORDER MINIMUMS?
  • Build Your Own Gift: Want to pick out your products and packaging? No minimums apply!
  • Custom Gift Design Service: Need custom design work (tags, cards, packaging customization, etc)? No problem, we got you! Our order minimum is 10 gifts, but if you need less than that, just let us know.
  • Pre-Designed Gift Shop: There are no set minimums to order from our Pre-Designed Shop and shipping within the US (INCLUDING ALASKA & HAWAII) is included.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY ORDER?
  • Custom Gift Design Service: we tailor our services to meet your needs. Our general services include:
    1. Gift Design and Sourcing
    2. Product Customization
    3. Personalized Notes
    4. Gift storage and fulfillment
    5. Drop-shipping and distribution
  • Pre-Designed Gifts: Assembling and packaging your gift (as shown in the shop), a handwritten note, and shipping (unless otherwise specified).
HOW MUCH NOTICE IS NEEDED FOR ORDERS?
  • Custom Gift Design Service: We put careful thought into curating and designing your gift and ask for 4-6 weeks to design (including revisions), source, and assemble your gifts. However, if you need your gifts sooner, we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability!
  • Pre-Designed Gift Shop: Orders in our online shop typically ship out within 2-5 business days. However, if you need your gifts sooner, we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability!
WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards for online and in-studio purchases. Custom gift designs may also be paid by check.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We collect sales tax in accordance with the State of Hawaii.

Special Event Gifting

Whether you’re looking for corporate gifts, wedding welcome gifts, favors, or workshop gifts, our team is here to make sure you and your guests enjoy an elevated gifting experience. We offer:

  1. Custom gift design (product and packaging customization)
  2. Graphic design services (printed itineraries, tags, notecards, and other collateral to ensure your gift design is cohesive with your brand/event strategy.
  3. Pop-up / Gift Lounges: Let your guests interact with, sample, and hand-pick their own gift. Our team designs a pop-up shop to your specifications and budget so that your guests enjoy a memorable gifting experience. Once their gifts are complete, we also offer shipping. Perfect for out of town guests.
  4. Have clients or team members spread across the US or globe? No problem, whether you want each recipient to hand-pick their products or to select from custom designed gift boxes, we can create a private, fully custom online gifting experience.

Shipping and Delivery
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Yes, follow the instructions during check-out and click the link for “Shipping to Multiple Addresses” – you can always contact us, too, with any questions at aloha@thepapayaexchange.com.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate.

WHERE DO YOU HAND-DELIVER GIFTS?

At this time, we offer delivery to the island of Oahu only. All other orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS.

How much do you charge for shipping and delivery?

  • Hand Delivery: Hand delivery charges are calculated based on proximity from our studio in Honolulu and range from $15-75. For our custom designed gifts, we include the cost of shipping in your proposal – if you don’t see the cost, please ask!
  • Shipping is calculated based on size and weight of the shipping container. Depending on the size and dollar value of the order, purchasing insurance on the shipment may be required.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO TWO DIFFERENT HOTELS?

Yes! We are happy to accommodate special requests and make your planning as stress-free as possible! Depending on proximity, additional charges may apply.
